"Deviled" Eggs

I am in love with eggs. If I go a day without eating some sort of egg, my husband is amazed. My love for eggs and my love for jelly beans make Easter my favorite holiday. Here are my all time favorite "deviled" eggs. There really are no words to describe these beauties. Have a wonderful Easter!

Deviled Eggs
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Paprika or chili powder
  • Red bell pepper
  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt; mix well. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Add devil horns by using sliced red bell pepper. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
